Lenon Honor
If you are having problems viewing my films here are some possible
solutions for both PC users and Mac users.
PC Users:

1.  Download and install the latest version of
Mozilla Firefox

2.  Download and install the Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin

If neither of these options work:

Download the video of choice from my
Video Download Page and watch them
directly from your computer using Windowns Media Player.
Mac Users:

The easiest way to view my films on a Mac is to simply download my films from
my
Video Download Page.

My videos are in WMV format.  Mac users will have to download a 3rd party
program such as "Flip 4 Mac", "VLC Media Player", or "MPlayer OSX".  Once you
have installed one of the above mentioned programs you will be able to watch
my films directly from your MAC.

In some cases by installing "Flip 4 Mac" you will be able to watch my films
directly from my website.  But again, the easiest method is to simply download
my films and watch them directly from your Mac.

Here are some download links for the above mentioned programs:

"MPlayer OSX"  Download Link

How to watch WMV files on Mac

If the above mentioned suggestions do not solve your issue please review the
following information provided to me by a Mac user.

If using FireFox please download the following add-on:  DownloadHelper

Once added to the FireFox browser:

1.  Go to the page that contains the video you wish to download.

2.  Start playing the video

3.  Click on the tiny upside down triangle to the right of the DownloadHelper icon.

4.  Click on the name that appears, and download should begin.

NOTE:

Sometimes more than one file may appear as available for download. The page
you're on usually comes up in bold, but to be sure, just download them all.

If using Safari:

1.  Click on the 'Window' on the menu bar in Safari

2.  Open the 'Downloads' and the 'Activity' choices.

3.  In your browser Navigate to the web page where the video is located and
  start playing the video.

4.  In the 'Activity' window you will see several titles with subtitles, depending on
how many pages you have open. Look for the page that has the title of the
page that the video is on.

5.  Click on the subtitle arrow, and look for the file that is increasing in number.
That is the video file. Left-click it to highlight it.

6.  Chose copy from the 'edit' menu.

7.  Go to the 'Download' window and click 'paste' on it. Your video should start
  downloading.

WMV FILES:

"Flip4Mac"

Flip4Mac is a program that plays WMV files, since Microsoft no longer supports
Window Media Player in Macintosh computers.  You can get Flip4Mac from
various online sources and Microsoft’s website.

In some cases WMV files must be associated with Quicktime, or else it may not
play correctly, if at all.

To correct the file association:

1. Right-click the icon.

2. Choose Get Info

3. Go down to 'OPEN WITH' and change the .app to the QuickTime Player.app
You may want to click on the 'Change All' tab so you don't have to keep doing
this procedure for each WMV file.

From now on WMV files should automatically launch with QuickTime.

Another method would be to add the Flip4Mac application to your dock. Then
drag and drop any WMV file onto the Flip4Mac icon in your dock.

NOTE:

Flip4Mac can not play WMV files downloaded with Digital Rights Management
(DRM).

VLC Media Player

VLC is available for Macintosh and many other operating systems.

You can download VLC from the VLC media player for Mac OS X .

NOTE:

VLC media player also come in PowerPC, and Intel versions as well as the
Universal version. If you aren't sure if you use an Intel or PowerPC Mac, then
click on the grey box titled 'Platform Specific Packages'.

(Although the 'Universal Binary' is the package to get if you're unsure which to
choose.)

1.  Download the file.

2.  Open the .dmg file.

3.  Drag the VLC icon to your applications folder.

If you so chose, you can associate files to VLC as described above for WMV to
QuickTime associations. Just chose VLC instead of QuickTime.
